Your First Visit

Fill out new patient intake online prior to your first visit.

For your first treatment please wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing. Eat a light meal or snack prior to treatment. Please bring  medical history, list of medications, x-rays, lab tests, or anything else that may pertain to your current healthcare status

. 

Post Treatment take it easy!! Drink plenty of water and eat a good meal. Exercise or hard work is not recommended. Try to rest and relax the rest of the day post treatment.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancelling 24 hours in advance we offer a full refund or reschedule. Canellations after 24 hours patient will be charged $25 for missed appointment. Contact us at #720-438-8158
